In this century, man must migrate from his dependence on fossil fuel to renewable energy. We are a pioneering renewable energy company building trust and creating value for African citizens and societies by addressing the pervasive perils of climate change on daily lives and reversing the damages caused by the exploitation of non-renewable energy resources.

We believe that through innovation in clean technology and finance, we can stabilize the African grid, accelerate access to energy for all on the continent and create thousands of jobs especially for women. Kobina possesses vast managing directorship and CEO experience to ensure clear objectives and expectations are delivered and maintained. Specifically passionate about how solar energy can be used to transform the energy sector in Africa. Kobina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana, and an IFEC Certificate from Harvard University.

Bio

Kwasi has more than 20 years business and finance experience in banking, investment management and insurance. He was former managing director for Firstbanc Financial Services Limited and also the area manager for Philips Customer Finance, West Africa.

Kwasi has a degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Ghana, and an MBA from the Copenhagen Business School.

Anurag is a veteran in the field of energy design and infrastructure with over 25 years of experience in Power and Telecom sectors. He is reckoned in the industry with his highly efficient and cost effective energy solutions. Before joining Translight he worked as the CEO of SunAura Technologies offering renewable energy engineering consultancy and project management services including support for financing.

Bio

George is a strong and inspiring leader, able to build effective business relationships with customers and partners, high-performing teams and implement strategic business plans. He worked closely with Invest in Africa on defining the market size for solar energy in Ghana and strategies for reaching the target market. George has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the University of Ghana.

Bio

Robert is a great communicator with over 7 years experience in sales and marketing with a history of working in the logistics and media/advertising  sector.

At TSL, he is focused on building meaningful relationships with our customers to create long-lasting value for both parties. 

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Masters degree in Marketing from the University of Ghana Business School. 

He is also currently pursuing the final Level 7 Postgraduate diploma in Professional Marketing - Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

Toba exhibits exemplary leadership and dedication to excellence by using his expertise in HSE and project management to
guide project teams and provide valuable insight into international safety practices and standards.
He has obtained international certifications in HSE from IPED-UK, EOSH-UK; Total ICC Training from Bureau Veritas; and certifications from
Performance Standards International on Working at Height & Rescue, Working in confined spaces, and Basic Scaffold Erection
and Inspection. He is a registered member of GHISEP and NASEP

Roselyn is a consummate finance professional who has applied finance and accounting skills for about 6 years. Her expertise ranges from financial reporting, investment decision making, financial management, working capital management, taxation and portfolio management. She has a track record of ensuring the business operates with the right risk appetite while risk management and controls are maintained at the highest level. 

She is currently the Finance Manager at Translight Solar Limited, where she brings on board her assertive characteristics that has helped steer the financial affairs of Translight.

She completed the Institute of Chartered Accountants qualifying examination over 6 years ago and has remained a member since then. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Cape Coast and obtained her Master’s Degree from Coventry University, UK.

Roselyn is passionate about sustainable and clean energy for the reason that such technology helps to preserve the environment and improve human lives

My career is fueled by a deep passion for sustainable energy solutions, and I am dedicated to driving positive change in the industry. As a woman in a traditionally male-dominated profession, I am committed to breaking barriers and inspiring others to pursue their goals. My strategic leadership and innovative thinking contribute significantly to success in excellence financial management in creating a more sustainable future

Michael is an IoT Engineer at Translight Solar Ltd. His work focuses on the innovation and application of IoT systems in developing smart solar energy systems and alternative energy in general. This includes the development of embedded systems and software systems that automate various processes to make them more efficient. His research interests include the innovation and application of IoT solutions in homes, health, agriculture, and alternative energy research.

Christopher Morimahais an energy engineer with half a decade of experience in the renewable energy industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Energy and Natural Resources. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Christopher  Morimaha is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers.

Christopher’s major fields of interest include energy storage, energy density, and sustainable energy technology deployment.
